Jed Weissberg,Founder & CEO
Before starting LetsPlay in 1999, Jed was the Director
of Content Development for Nickelodeon Online, the online
service for the nation's largest children's network. He
developed strategy and content for broadband, convergence,
and new technologies. He was also a member of the firm's
new business development group for online, and he helped
develop large-scale marketing and advertising projects for
sale to advertising partners. During his tenure, the site
became the number-one Web site for kids age 6-14 (Media
Metrix).
Before joining Nickelodeon, Jed was the Creative Director
for KinderActive, a CD-Rom developer. He has worked on numerous
additional online ventures, including those of Nickelodeon,
AOL, ABC News, Edgar Online, The New York Times, The American
Museum of Natural History, Cuervo Gold Tequila, and ZD Net.
Jed is a contributing author to Producing Web Hits, published
by IDG Publications, 1997.
Jed was trained as a professional puppeteer and was a member
of the internationally renowned Bread and Puppet Theater
of Vermont. He has traveled extensively as a performer both
nationally and internationally.

Nathan Potter, VP Technology
Nathan Potter joined LetsPlay in February 2000 as Vice
President of Technology. In this role, he heads up the development
of LetsPlay's GAME technology and oversees all technical
operations. Nathan has been at the forefront of interactive
technology for the last 5 years, most recently as head of
technical production at Nickelodeon Online.
While at Nickelodeon Nathan oversaw the development of
their gaming products, including single user and tournament
trivia games for nickjr.com and nickatnite.com. He also
launched Slimetime Live, an interactive real time game show
on nick.com, converging the power of the web with the audience
of cable television. During his tenure, he launched several
streaming and rich media products, including Nicktime TV
and ToonCards. Nickelodeon saw an explosion in growth during
his time there, growing to serve over 3 million kids monthly.
Prior to Nickelodeon, Nathan was an independent consultant
doing CD-ROM and Internet development. His clients included
Voyager, Chase Manhattan Bank, Xerox, MCI, Home Office Computing
and AT&T's interactive television project.
